The 2009 Parade of Homes features quality, craftsmanship and function with innovative designs! Our wise builders, subcontractors and suppliers in Cumberland, Hoke and Harnett counties remain unwavering in their commitment to offer state of the art homes at prudent prices in spite of the overall unstable economic times. The 37 homes on tour truly highlight “Living in the Sandhills”, the theme for the 21st Annual Parade of Homes.

Our members share the vision of a home with a healthy environment that represents the quality of life we all strive to attain. The Home Builders Association of Fayetteville welcomes you to see and experience the developments and models presented in the 2009 Parade of Homes.

While the builders were busy building the houses for the tour, a team of volunteers was preparing, planning, and implementing all other aspects of the tour.
