The Parade of Homes is the largest new home tour in Fayetteville. This annual event is something you, the general public, look forward to each year. The pride with which the Home Builders Association takes while constructing its homes ensures a solid investment. You will see the latest and greatest in design, amenities, and workmanship.

The 16th annual Parade of Homes showcases 65 new homes and stretches into three counties. I invite you to explore each home, craft ideas, and participate in this community wide tour.

Hours of special preparation have been dedicated to produce this year’s tour. I would like to extend a special thank you to the 2007 Parade of Homes committee members, John Smyre for his leadership, Chris and Aaron Price for their vision, and each volunteer for their time, treasure, and talents!
